The jumper, Chantoba Brightis the main competitor of a small team of Guyana made up of 5 athletes who will be participating in the athletics of the Cali 2021 Junior Pan American Games.
Brigth, 21 years old and a student at the University of Texas-El Paso, where she performs in the famous NCAA circuit in the United States, will participate on Colombian soil in the long and triple jump events. In the first she is the number 1 seed and in the triple she is second among the participants.
In women, Guyana will also be represented by Keliza Smith in the 200m and Kenisha Phillips in the 100m and 200m.
On the other hand, in Men’s, the colors of Guyana will be defending by: Revon Williams in the 400m, where he is the sixth favorite and Noelex Holder who will participate in the 100m
